Tom Hill

Chief Executive Officer
Tom Hill is CEO and Board Member at Marketlab. He previously served as President, Manufacturing at Direct Supply, where he led Direct Supply’s private label brand portfolio, home health business, and DS smart connected clinical platform.

Tom lived and worked in China for nearly a decade, where he developed innovative supply chains and led sales efforts to the emerging Asia/Pacific Senior Living industry. Earlier, he held several senior technology roles, including Director of Product Development and Engineering at DSSI, a multi-billion-dollar AI-powered healthcare procurement platform.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from the University of Southern California.

Mark Krhovsky

Chief Commercial Officer
Mark joined Marketlab as CCO in 2022 where he oversees sales, marketing, and product management efforts.

Previously, Mark was the Vice President of National Field Sales – Laboratory at Medline LP, where he led sales and go-to-market strategies for both the acute and non-acute market segments.

Prior to his role as Vice President of National Field Sales, Mark held the position of Vice President of Marketing overseeing various market-focused activities including product management, product development and vendor partnerships. As one of Medline’s first laboratory employees Mark was instrumental in helping build the framework of Medline’s laboratory program over an 11 year tenure with the organization.

Before getting into healthcare Mark worked for Insight Global, a market-leading IT staffing, consulting and managed services company. 

Mark holds his BA degree  from the University of Michigan.

Luisa Rodriguez

Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Luisa leads the vision and strategy for our “People-first” company culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Luisa has a proven track record as a senior advisor to executive leaders at leading companies across various industries, including Sobi, Glenmark, Sanofi, BASF, Honeywell, Novartis, and Pfizer. Her wide-ranging career from field sales rep to healthcare talent executive and her focus on transformation are an invaluable asset to our company's future growth. Luisa believes we should always understand what motivates people and the need for patience where organizational change and cultural transformation is concerned.  “True transformation is a journey”, she says “it takes time and effort yet is always worth the investment.

Luisa holds a BS degree in Marketing from Seton Hall and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Luisa was born in Colombia, South America.

Fred Vander Molen

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Fred joined Marketlab in 2020 and has since taken on four pivotal roles, reflecting his deep commitment and versatility within our organization. Starting as Corporate Controller, progressing to Vice President of Finance, and later serving as Chief Financial Officer, Fred now steps into his latest role as our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer (COO & CFO). We consider Fred a key member of our executive team, not only for his journey with us but also for the extensive expertise he brought when he joined.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience across diverse organizations—including Perrigo, Ranir, Irwin Seating, and BDO—Fred’s background spans private equity, publicly traded, and family-run businesses. This rich, multi-faceted experience across financial and operational disciplines makes him uniquely suited to lead our operations and drive Marketlab’s growth forward.

Fred earned a BA in Accounting from Davenport University.

Mike Dominick

Vice President of Information Technology
As Vice President of Information Technology, Mike brings a proven track record of transforming IT organizations into customer-focused, action-driven teams. With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles, Mike’s career spans energy, manufacturing, and software industries, where he has consistently delivered innovative technology solutions to drive business success.

At Marketlab, Mike leads the Information Technology division, overseeing Applications, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. He is responsible for developing and executing IT strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Mike’s focus includes spearheading modernization efforts and ensuring the organization remains agile in an ever-changing digital landscape. His ability to foster a culture of alignment and collaboration across teams ensures that Marketlab's IT initiatives are tightly integrated with its customer-centric mission.

Mike earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Oakland University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
